Coming from North or South Highway A14
Highway exit Teramo - Giulianova - Mosciano Sant'Angelo
Continue along SP262dir and Contrada Convento/SP15 to 3.6 km
Turn in the direction of Contrada Colle Santa Maria 3.5 km
Turn into the first road on your left and continue for 230 meters
Turn into the first road on the right towards Contrada Colle Santa Maria to 2.9 km
At the roundabout, turn right onto Contrada Colle Santa Maria
Coming from the A24 Roma-Teramo
From barrier Basciano Villa Vomano, continue on the A24 and take "Freeway Teramo-Mare" direction Mosciano (51.6 km)
At the end of the "Freeway Teramo-Sea", at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit continue for 500 meters until you reach a second roundabout where you take the 1st exit
Keep to the right (no entrance A14) and turn to the roundabout, where you take the 1st exit and immediately turn right

Milena really knows her stuff, and has made a place that's a total treat. A wonderful hilltop location, a couple of miles from the nearest town makes you feel like lord of the manor. Interiors clean, modern and comfortable.
Personell and owers (thanks for all the support with food, clening, room service...and friendly chat) are really kind and hotel is really first class. In summary if you need a place for wedding party (or simply party) that's the place.
